One major characteristic of qualitative working results is that they meet certain measurable requirements. GRS checks the quality of its work by the DIN ISO 9001 standard, regularly undergoing certification since 1997.
At GRS, the quality management system defines the organisation and documentation of work processes. Quality management (QM) ensures that the working results correspond to specified standards and company objectives and leave the customers satisfied. The description of the processes and the associated project organisation are documented in the quality management programme of GRS.
