Quality Policy and Quality Principles

Quality management is part of GRS's Integrated Management System (IMS), which comprises all corporate procedures set out in individual processes. Quality management defines the requirements for quality assurance of work results and the continual improvement process to ensure that customer requirements are met and corporate objectives are achieved. Every employee is obliged to work in a quality-conscious and customer-oriented manner.

The quality management requirements are based on the DIN EN ISO 9001:2015 standard. GRS has been certified according to ISO 9001 since 1997.
The Integrated Management System is furthermore based on the information security standard ISO/IEC 27001:2013 and the two standards DIN EN ISO/IEC 17025:2018, according to which the geoscientific laboratory is accredited, and DIN EN ISO/IEC 17020:2012, according to which the inspection agency is accredited. The management system is audited annually.
