AC2 User Meeting 2025
The AC² User Meeting 2025 will take place from 18 to 20 November 2025 at GRS in Cologne.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION:
Due to construction work Cologne Central Station (Köln Hauptbahnhof) will be closed between November 14th and 24th:
• Long-distance and regional trains will be rerouted or may be cancelled. Alternative stops include Köln Messe/Deutz and Köln-Ehrenfeld.
• S-Bahn services will largely continue to operate, with some exceptions during the nights of 18/19 and 19/20 November.
• Commuters can use stations such as Köln-Mülheim, -Deutz, -West, and -Süd, and transfer to the city’s KVB tram network.
Please check your travel plans in advance and stay up to date using the official websites.

This three-day event will provide a platform for insightful discussions, experience sharing among code users, and direct exchanges with the AC² development team. Additionally, GRS will present the latest improvements within the AC² code family, the upcoming release version AC2-2025, and outline the future development strategy.
We also encourage participants to contribute by presenting their recent applications, key insights, development needs, and ongoing or planned activities related to the AC² codes – ATHLET, ATHLET-CD, COCOSYS, and NuT.

The participation is free of charge. If you cannot attend on site in Cologne, remote participation will be possible.
