Gender Equality Plan 2023 - 2025

Achieving and sustainably ensuring gender equality is a key objective for GRS, both in terms of corporate development and as a contribution to society. The present Gender Equality Plan is of central importance in this context: It serves as a critical appraisal of the current situation as well as a guideline for the continuous formulation, pursuit and further development of relevant individual goals.
